It'd be weird to go from having skill (ish) requirements in the form of S grades, back to just time based grinding requirements.

its for people that actually play the champion. its not for everyone.

ok, but you only get to have 1 champ with lvl 9, choose wisely. no changing afterwards

i don't mind mastery level 8 and 9 but i think the requirement should be more in line with the level 6 and 7 and be like Get 4 S+ and then Get X% winrate in ranked over X amount of games respectively.
