Can we add a PSA about game modes?

Normals is full of try hard and ranked is full of people who don't give a flying fuck.

"Normals are for fun, they're for trying new things. Don't troll, try to win but don't take it seriously and have fun!"

"Ranked is for trying hard, this mode is for trying your hardest to win and playing your best, if you aren't playing to win, don't play ranked"

I feel like if Riot enforced this, people would have more fun in normals and in ranked.
