This champion has been s tier for a while now it seems lile no matter how what MR items I build against him he some how is able to do a bunch of damage. Pls remove his bullshit passive he shouldn't be able yo blow up tanks and squishys alike it's not fair.

his entire kit is skillshot based, he has no mobility and his cc is 2 part that requires 2 separate skillshots. Lol If you think that needs to be nerfed, I suggest switching suppliers because they are giving you some bad stuff to smoke.
