Q is an incredibly strong slow that turns into a stun in a consistent fight. W is either saving an ally, or suppressing and harming an enemy. E gives respectable sustain, or effectively doubles his current HP for a period. His ult is the strongest part. Tahm can build pure tank, and still have incredibly high damage.

There's no real counterplay to him. Either you kite him, or you lose. You can't stand around and fight him, otherwise you lose horribly.

Listing a champ's kit always makes them seem deceptively strong, "He is a tank but still has a heal as strong as Soraka's, he gives multiple thousands of gold worth of armor to his allies, he has a point-and-click stun which has no counterplay whatsoever" sound familiar? 'Cause it's Taric.

Also, "There's no real counterplay to him" proceeds to list the main way to counterplay him

Hey, that's not entirely fair. Taric's pretty OP, people just don't know it. Dat level 6 burst.

The problem gets to the point where, no melee champion can fight him. Even champions like Darius / Garen can't deal with Kench, assuming they're on even ground. And that's just from a top laners perspective.

I know a few people in the support role that have a problem with Kench, from the stand point that he can save his adc harder than Morgana or Thresh combined. And on top of that utility, he still has respectable damage / cc from the support role, the main being point + click.

Well for one thing, it's not most supports who can 1v1 the enemy ADC when his lane is snowballing.

He doesn't need them. His only problem right now is that his stacks take too long to fall off. His damage would be fine if they reduced his sticking power

Right now, Tahm is very powerful and all those buffs he received will be removed in preseason. People did not know how good he was until after he was pushed over the edge of OP.

He really needs a reduction in his E shield, double HP is too powerful. His W needs a nerf to the duration for both ally and enemy. His Q needs the slow reduced and maybe a 10 damage reduction for each rank.

I think he could use some toning down I'm not gonna lie I really enjoy taking him top. He is super easy to kite and it's a GLARING weakness that he has even when you're fed your only real engage is hey anyone care to take a suicide mission with me guys? guys? That being said he is a monster lane bully and once he hits 6 he can win most trades vs most champs. But again most of the time they have to engage on you to have any kill potential. If you can't get three stacks they will walk away. He can split push pretty effectively with a semi global ult and teleport he gets around the map and can roam on you pretty quick. No real escape though so this can be punished pretty easy if you don't ward up and sometimes even when you do. If I were to tone him down I'd reduce the scaling on his ult a bit and increase his Q CD by 2 seconds at all levels. Meaning he would have to get CD reduction to be able to keep his slow up. He is already super kiteable and nerfing him to hard would make him useless. His win rate isn't to high because he is actually pretty hard to get used to in teamfights and falls off after laning phase. The biggest counter to him is to ignore him and farm don't let him get three stacks on you and he really cannot kill you if you have any dashes at all. Also punish him pre six, he is pretty weak till he gets his ult.

How is Tahm strong: Shield to remove half the damage, can eat enemy and relocate them after triple auto on them. Tahm also has the ability to eat his own teammate, doing no damage to the teammate and mitigating all damage. Finally, his ultimate allows for a double movement.

I think Riot really needs to rethink these near global transportation moves, they're breaking the game. Shen, Tahm... look at their win/loss in the LCS tournament. Broken.
