Because getting chunked for half my hp under turret with a skill shot thats literally impossible to doge is not obnoxious in anyway.

Her E very much not worth it's mana cost if she doesn't proc her passive. If you stay out of auto range she'll go oom before she can kill you. Her pre-6 laning is almost completely countered by health pots.

Impossible to dodge? Have you tried these item 1001 I hear they're quite superb. Also, try walking sideways. Or, when she misses one thing, go wild on her. Cooldowns are longggggggggg.

Most of the time they're pretty small.

Yes. They're extremely narrow/linear. Her two easiest to dodge.

The only one I could even defend being hard to dodge is her E because it's circular but even then..it can't clear a wave of caster minions.

If her skillshots are easy to land then Blitzcrank;s, Morgana's, Thresh's..Pretty much anyone with a narrow skill-shot have no excuse for missing their skillshots. And what's the general rule of counter play to them? Dodge their Qs.

You can easily walk out of both, so I have no idea where you're going with this. The only one hard to dodge is her e, but even with 325 ms, if you play well you can dodge 75% of them.

It's called "juking" and it basically involves you thinking like your opponent long enough to realize that they're going to throw it where they expect you to be.

Keep moving, but in patterns in which they think you are going one way..but you go another. No different than juking a defender in sports. Also, don't stand in minion wave. Lux isn't going to want to poke you without damaging the minions...she has no where near enough mana for that.
