Riot: Regarding AP item changes: Spell vamp and gunblade?

Will there be any changes to the spellvamp on gunblade? The spellvamp world is pretty lacking atm and I like the changes that you are making to WotA but I'm wondering if something similar could be done to GB. It seems kind of silly to change the way spellvamp works on one item but leave it in another. Then again...you might have to look at akali's and morgana's passive, too. Is this change a signal that a spell vamp rework is finally here?
