, you pretty much can't do anything because nobody knows how to punish people for their mistakes or how to focus anything. The only way to win with support in low elo is to duo with a good friend or to hope that you have a decent player on your team/have a bad enemy team.
lol im sorry i had to laugh if you know the supp role....
can all carry from supp with no more then 30 cs the problem with the lower elo is the people are so stupid its impossible to correct them so your flat out screwed the worst of it is the supp role and mid are where the worst ones are.
Lol thats why when I get stuck with support I play all in champs or someone with a ton of poke
