Will we be seeing nerfs to toplane bruisers in the near future? It seems like they are extremely unbalanced at the current point in time, hear me out. They have extremely good base damage and ratios, sure it is not like an ADC. In contrast though, the ADCs are designed to scale really well and build full damge while not having thousands of HP in health on top of armor. Additionally, everyone gets upset when a fed assassin one shots them; however, a fed bruiser can also one shot easily, but they get thousands of health too. I can't even duel an underleveled bruiser when playing an assassin like Zed b/c they do such high base damage and can stack armor to still be relevent. Sure it is a hard counter, but bruisers seem to counter too large a group of players. They can easily dive an ADC and completely destroy assassins, plus they can still do high damage to tanks. I feel like the role should atleast be really susceptible to atleast hard CC or ADCs, but they really aren't. The armor they build allows them to live too long without trading off any of their kits built in damage. Plus some of them even have slows, silences, or some other cc. They also now have true damage within runes with some also having it in their kits. Plus some have abilities that give them higher movement speed. This allows them to split push without being punished for it or to single handidly dive carries in teamfights without punishment. I don't see how this is balanced, their only real weakness is being camped by a jungler, which is still hard to execute if they freeze the lane. I mean can someone atleast tell me what their kits are weak against outside of that?
