I was really excited to finally see some nerfs to tabis allowing for more early game potential with ad characters. I thought Repertoir said that we would be testing nerfs with 8.7, did this change?
Public outcry. Said to hold off the nerf until ADC are meaningfully changed
need to wait a bit before their game dies even more to fix it.
till then we have to hold on 5 more months for adcs to be balanced.
Can someone inform me why Tabbies are being asked to be nerfed? They don't seem all that strong, sure it's helpful against some matches such as 
but I otherwise I can't really tell why it needs to be nerfed.
