Why is this ignored?

I don't remember when it was - it must've been the Christmas after Jinx was released. That year, the best game mode besides URF came out. A game mode exclusive to the Winter season. But then, it vanished. This mode, was Snowdown Showdown. It featured two versions of an ARAM game - 1 vs 1, and 2 vs 2. It was my favorite game mode. All of those times where, like an idiot, I got baited into chasing a low health enemy, only to have their team demolish me. So many times, where I knew that if it were just us, I would've won, and he would be the one looking at a grey screen. This game mode gave me a chance to give the enemy payback, to show each other a true display of individual skill. Could we possibly see this back this winter? It was really fun. Me and my brother would always to in a 2v2. Since I main champions with amazing outplay potential , it would be so amazing to see this make a comeback.
