New ap item
Just want to hear thoughts and opinions on the item and the champions ot may influence. Particulary diana, cass, and swain those being my main ap champs. Think it has potential on cass the other two not so much though.

I tried it in a few bot games, two of which were Diana and Cass. It worked really nicely on Diana I would say. On Cass it was strong for obvious reasons, but can't be a first item due to mana issues. (I also noted that each tick of her W-Miasma can proc it, which is real nice).
For cass, it's rather useless... and you don't even have room for it when your main build should be something like this:

... unless you want to sacrifice Rylai's for it. Not really worth.
