Riot doesn't like you climbing

When I originally got placed in Silver 2 I climbed to Gold 5 in under a week. I had about a 75% winrate on Warwick and then got to Gold 4. As soon as I hit Gold 4 I started losing every single game, my winrate has dropped to 25% winrate in my recent games. I play jg and before I hit gold 4 my bot would do fine but when I hit gold 4 bot started losing every single game. In one of my more recent matches my top laner was a Silver 2 Teemo and he was up against a Platinum 2 Trundle. How does this make any sense? I even switched to new jglers just thinking it was me playing the same champ and getting too comfortable, but even when I switched I still would lose. I was sick of my bot lane losing so I just queued up for ADC and then my jgler feeds. I have no clue how to win in this game anymore. Really sucks.
