People complain that PBE is used only for bugs and not for player feedback. People complain that said thing was un-nerfed, maybe because of Player feedback. People need to make up their mind.

Not completely, They reverted the changes to her swipe, and her pounce. They didn't revert the changes to her traps, which was made to slow her Clear time.

Riot has no idea how to balance champions. Players have no idea how to put together a viable composition. Even Co-Op Bots often play better than the people I see in Ranked.
