Do I still need to say anything? Norms are for fun, not to be worrying about if the enemy team is smurfing and needing to dodge cause they're doing a blatant cheese strat.

Just make phone verif mandatory for PvP already... The "face smurfs in unranked 90% of the time" thing got old the 1st month. Now we're like half a year with the norms only smurfers going like crazy, now even more thanks to riot thinking certain mode could be improved by unlocking all champs.
