Riot this is a really big hit onto Jinx as sometimes she needs to ult at pointblank range to get a kill because someone low health jumps on top of her Plz don't go through with this

The Chin1 votesshe still has % missing health damage, so if they're low you'll probably still get the kill. This change will make it so it doesn't do much damage to full health targets

coreym111 votesThis change on jinx really makes a gameplay difference in 1v1 situations he ult is useless might as well just keep shooting instead all people do now is ks off of my should have killed ult so basically this was a big nerf to jinx. If you actually played her and understood her boundaries you people saying its "nothing" would be the same people crying when lets say katarinas dps on her ult was changed by 0.4 or other stuff. This nerf actually made a difference cause you know fuck nidalee spears and how their better then a jinx ult besides the fact the can go across map.
