Blitz Rework
A champ with 1 ability doesn't seem healthy, also hook has too fast animation with too big hitbox.

He’s iconic for 1. He has 4. I’d agree that w isn’t the most exciting ability but E is super underrated given it’s surprisingly short cooldown. I rarely play him but I still have a great time with blitz. Especially with the current runes. Minion dematerializer + surprise hook! Or predator. Or both
