Complaining about gnar in 2018 with a 45% wr

Why not just learn the match up instead of bitching about how broken a 45% winrate champ is.
Gnar has among one of the lowest range for a ranged top laner, making it easy for him to disposition and punish. Plus due to his abysmal base stats as mini gnar, you'll punish him super hard as a lot of champions rn.
Play around his E, it literally has a 22 second cooldown and he maxes it last. It gives you a huge window to abuse him since he cant walk up anymore..
Opting into sustain like Timewarp Tonic/Corrupting pot or Doran shield/second wind will essentially make Gnar's poke meaningless.
If you make a lot of mistakes or play like an idiot, he'll destroy you so i recommend learning how to not make those mistakes.
And what's worse is his unbelievable win rate that makes you can't even ask him to be nerfed He is good in lane , and strong in fights , why the hell his win rate is bad ? he is that type of champion that must stay in the gutter , yes I agree.

I can agree that he is very poorly designed. A ranged tank that can poke and kite is a pretty ridiculous concept. If he's played properly, no melee champ other than Irelia will ever be able to touch him. Buffing him, even if he is at 45% would be a mistake. He's one of those champions who can be dominant in pro play with a not so great Solo q winrate.
