Veigar's e is a -3 second aoe camille ult -2.5 second aoe stun

7 second cd on max cdr Lets look at your options if you're in it 1- Get stunned and die 2- Walk around in cage and die 3- Blow flash and die if he's fed 4- full health combod you with 2 abilities before you got stunned 5- Build qss and still die

Let's break down your explanation, in order:

Anyone with a blink (so everyone, if flash is up), unstoppable dash, or cc immunity can leave it. No one can leave Camille's by any means.
It's not a 2.5s stun until level 18, since it's the last ability he focuses. In fact, it's a 1.5s duration all the way until level 14.
It's an 8 second cooldown with 45% CDR, not 7. (7.7 rounds up, in case you don't know how to round) If you're in it:

- You don't get stunned by being in it, you get stunned by hitting the outside. Which is avoidable.
- You can't lie about number 1 and then say the truth that proves it wrong on 2, but since you did... it's large enough to give you room to dodge his E and Q.
- Using flash doesn't kill you. And since his ultimate is an execute, you'd have to have let him farm alone for a solid 40 minutes for it to kill you from full.
Again, you have room to dodge the abilities and don't have to run into the stun.
If you build qss and still die from being stunned, you forgot to use it.

That said, if you had said it's ridiculous only because it has a very short cooldown for such a strong zoning tool. Sure, that's sound reasoning. But you went and made up bullshit for the rest of your reasons.

Champions with Blinks can escape the cage.
Champions with Spellshields may escape the cage, so long as Veigar doesn't tag them with something else before they escape.
Certain Items can Negate or Remove the Stun altogether.
There are 2 Summoner Spells that can be used in the event Veigar has you trapped.

Also, how in the world did you buy QSS & still die to him? Quicksilver Sash is lot like Gangplank's [W: Remove Scurvy], you use it the moment you get locked down.

Also worth pointing out, Camille's [R: Hextech Ultimatum] makes her UNTARGETABLE on cast (assuming Veigar is close enough for you to cast your ultimate). It's quite difficult to pull off, but Camille can theoretically counter Veigar's Ultimate with a well timed Ultimate of her own.

As a mid lane mages main, if i end up laning against veigar just try to always take cleanse and flash, build banshees veil and make sure AT LEAST ONE is up at all times.

You messed up by feeding veigar. You deserve to lose at that point.

The same thing happens when you feed literally any champion.

Just on aram because it covers like half the lane. On summoners rift, the only reason I would hate it, is because i used to play LeeSin a lot.
