To bad Pantheon ult is only 150 sec at lvl 1, too bad it takes him a month to take off and another just too land. Unlike yours which is almost instant

I think you misunderstand. If you just press r without hitting q its up so quickly that whats it matter? You will do huge burst damage that can't be avoided and in 25 seconds do it again for a kill.
