Which jungler?

I want to get a new jungler and im not sure who to get. Either skarner, j4 or shyvana. How are their clears, ablity to gank, overall presents , playstyle. Any advice or information would be appreciated.

Out of those J4 is most fun to play.

Go pure dmg and one shot their carry with next to no counter play.

Out of the three, I go with Shyvana. She can clear jungle very fast with no resources (no mana and energy); so fast that she can dip into to enemy jungle and steal monsters. The only problem is that she has no cc and if locked down by cc, you are fucked.

Shyvana with summoner 3 instead of flash, is very scary. She has a built in ghost, doesnt really "need" Flash to make plays since she can jump with her ult. Which is also her downside, she has no real CC.

Which comes in JarvanIV , with his flag and Q jump, he can enter lane from sides of the walls(cliffs) where people usually dont ward, but this also ruins your CC, unless you have ult. But with his E>Q>Ult he can lane gank

Skarner is a mix of the two. Skarner is tanky, can build in multiple ways, tanky, tanky with damage, on hit effects, item 3078 item 3025 are both (seperate) very good on him for obvious reasons. Recently i was 4/4/15 (ish) and was able to 1v1 a fed yi who was 20ish/5/10 or so. My build was > item 1401 item 3111 item 3102 item 3143 item 3075 . Simple build. But effective.
