Lee sin has never really fell off, he's still the great early game snowballer he always was now he just requires a good enough person behind him to make him work properly instead of anybody just picking him up and dealing insane early damage with no amount of skill required.
I meant he's never dropped in overall popularity or strength through various metas and patches, the only thing that's changed about him is the level of skill required to do good with him. Wasn't refering to ingame strength
