Lets make gun shoo rageblade into something new

You know the item that you probably never seen. well its called guin shoo rageblade and man it needs a buff or a rework. I asked my friends who have played over 4k games and none of them have ever saw this item ever. so i ask riot pls buff because its for high dps hibrid champions which will never be in any meta because assassins exist and its probably the least efficient item in the game. Since nowone uses it buff it to also give attack speed and more ad to put on a twitch or something because right now its complete garbage. Post your ideas in the comments on tips to make this item usefull and say when was the last time you saw one.
