Petition to make a 20 minute permanent gamemode
say you have to leave in 30min to a hour and still want to play a game, why not create a game more where at 20 minutes the game ends at the team/ player with the most points wins.

There are things already in-game that are meant for shorter time periods.
3v3s - Average time is 20-30 minutes Dom - Average time is 15-25 minutes Aram - Average time is 20-30 minutes
Play vainglory. It's shorter than league and also a MOBA. People are going to start hate me because of "don't compare a shitty mobile game to League of Legends" but I play both games and both have its pros and cons.
If you don't have much time, play bots and play something that can push hard and carry. I don't think there's enough demand for Riot to create this though, when they could put that work into something with more demand.

Near as I can tell, Riot has fiddled with Dominion's MMR calculator to improve queue times. Unless you're looking for a game at some weird off hour it shouldn't take more than five minutes.
