Possibly the right board for this discussion???

Ok so i brought up an idea to Riot Support and they said to bring it to the boards, and i don't know which one it would be in so i'm just posting it here in General Gameplay. If it doesn't belong here then i'll switch it to the proper board. Ok, so the Hextech Chests. Is there a way to make the system better for those of us who already own all the champs and are at a higher level? I'm at level 190 and own all the champs, but whenever i open a chest its almost always a champion rather than a skin. And the worst part is i'm now starting to get repeat skins, ie i open a chest and cool, let's say its a Legacy skin, 3 or 4 weeks later and i get the same skin. How is that fair? Is there a way to introduce an AI program to help alleviate this issue? I'm tired of not getting skins or gemstones and i know that there's the possibility rate that Riot has posted but this is starting to really frustrate me. I don't need the champ shards and i don't need Bloodstone Lissandra for a 5th time in a row :/
