Should League Respawn towers if you hold base for more than am hour? to the team that's loosing?
Do towers still respawn if you hold out for more then an certain amount of time in Summoners rift?
I seriously Remember this happening in 4.2 of league. People say it never was a thing but me and 3 other friends remember seeing this for ourselves. Since people say it never happened might as well make the idea my own. I think if the enemy/ally team survives for up to or more than 1hr and their loosing super badly I think their towers should respawn at random with half or full health depending. Giving the team to be able to turn the tables, but if they don't survive for longer then an hour they will never see the towers respawn and they'll wont be able to make a come back at all.
