Riot doesn't understand Human Nature at all...
Sorry Riot, your whole "play with friends" thing may be nobel and to make up for a fall in revenue that has been happening since the beginning of Season 6 (Nobody to blame but yourself, Juggernaught changes were awful, Marksman "rework" was awful and both were unhealthy in terms of game balanace. You should fire the person who conceptialised this.)
But you don't seem to understand basic human psychology. Normal people will pick the shortest and easiest path to victory. Teaming up with 4 other friends is simply disgusting and really shows the game for what it is. Its really no different then "gang warfare" on the streets of many different countries. People walk around with a pack mentality because that is what they are, nothing better then lesser animals.
You really think that if you add something to the game, it will be a long time before some loser sat at his computer with no life, no job, no girlfriend ultimately finds a way to abuse it. You should have NEVER given people the ability to team up as a 4 man in ranked as you have made your entire ranked system completely pointless as its ultimately completely unfair playing solo against people who are probably s%%%%%%ing in voice.
Riot, you need to understand that MOST people don't get the concept of honor. Most people arn't decent... they will find whatever crack they can to abuse the game to thier own advantage. People are like that, most people will willingly kill another person in real life to get their own way. This has been shown throughout history.
If you want your game to be "generational" (which is delusional by the way because no multiplayer online game has really lasted that long without falling into decay - look at World of Warcraft). Then you need to understand how balance contributes to that. People are not going to play this game when they feel its fundimentally unfair. I do not want to be forced to play as a 4-made premade or I won't win and I do not want to killed by the most cheesy imbalances that you have added to the game.
If you want League to be "Generational" then get your head out your asses, return SoloQ to what it was before, give each champion CLEAR strengths and weaknesses. You may do better from a revenue standpoint at the start because of all the foreign premade scum that will love easy wins but I promise you, overtime they will get bored and leave and then other people, like me, who prefer to play solo will leave because of how unfair the game is and it IS unfair at the moment.
Oh and STOP REMOVING CONTENT FROM THE GAME, because that is not going to solve anything. SMITE and HOTS has more gamemodes then this game does.
You have no idea about how to keep something sustainable... the whole key is consistency, to keep the game appealing to all and you just have absolutely NO understanding of that concept.
