I spent more time spent looking for opponents than I did playing the game. What is being done to address this? What kind of queue times are you guys getting?

Welcome to exactly what team builder was like to begin with. Not sure why they thought it would be any different.
Approx 10 min, if you add players in your friend list, less than 1 min
Like < 30 seconds. But I always select one of my rolls as support. And I have only done it a couple times.
So far much lower than regular ranked or draft.
Played it twice before I uninstalled again. Got ~2:30 each time. It's funny how it shows the estimated wait time at 0:00 and you've been there for almost a half hour. It's like the game thinks it has comedic programming.
