Need Help Carrying as Fizz

I am starting to become a toxic main because he is fun to play aaand I can't seem to carry most games i play as him. Most of the time, I usually get over 10 kills and less than 10 deaths with Fizz. I am trying my best not to say stuff like "oh my team is soo bad gg can't carry" but this recent game I had is really tilting because a had a score of 23/5/8 but still lost. I got a few kills of off my lane opponent and I noticed my bot lane of is starting to feed and on top of that, Draven is behind 2 levels and about 16 cs. So i thought I should roam bot and help them so I did and picked up a few kills and they won their lane. I noticed was feeding so I roam top and won her lane. However, the damage had been done. Teemo was already fed and both Vayne AND Veigar are fed. Draven refused to group is teamfights and I ended up losing. I need help from you guys because I am really sick of doing really well then having my team screw me over.
