Why did they make ekko and lucian

You complained too much on the board.
Ekko is not useless at all. He is great in the jungle, Ekko has very good ganks and a great late game. you see him played in high elos because he takes quite a bit of mechanics. You can build him full ap blow people up with your high damage and good cc or go tank and peel for your team with incredible cc. His win rate is so low because of lower elo's such gold and under
They're fine, and both can be really good if played right.

Lucian was too strong then was overnerfed.

why are they horrible? you say there isn't a point in making them, but provide no opinions or facts to prove that they are indeed useless.

ekko is actually just fine just no one picks him because hes balanced instead of being super strong and lucian still can be good if played right he was just hit hard with nerfs because of how long he was really strong
