Great idea to buff Zed

it will never be this champion got aleady buffed too many times and he is not even skilled any more hes damage is big and also hes not hard too carry games so it will not hapend:).

If this would shut some Zed mains up about buffing him then sure , not a damage or cd buff , I'm fine with it But I believe some power has to be taken from his kit for this , after all his winrate is high for a high skill champion
