Riven should deal sustained damage not burst

For someone with that much mobility... durability thanks to E and builds through BC DD maw steraks etc ... and her Raw AD and more thanks to ult and an AOE execute .... this is a kit that spells trouble ... she should deal sustained damage dashing around the opponent shielding damage and stunning to punisah mistakes or stall for Qs or Es but in her state she is now shes quickly bursting targets and infinitely dashing onto targets bursting them down
