NNERF juggernaughts dear god got into a game were the banner didnt ban everyone just darius the other team didt ban anyone at all got 3 pf the 4 jugs and just couldnt kill them

What?
The only thing keeping Irelia from ruling top lane like she has been all season is the juggernauts. For good Irelias, it's really only Darius that makes it impossible to win lane. She deals with Garen, Skarner, and Mordekaiser nicely. She doesn't have as much trouble against Fiora and Gangplank in their current state either, especially compared to her peers in top lane.

So it's obvious you have no idea what's going on at all. Irelia is still very strong, and more than viable.
