I propose to add surrender vote in selection!
So the team that dominates would not have to waste time playing stupid toys around.
It would improve rank farm efficiency greatly! I am sure all the proes would rejoice.

That is a great idea. I was thinking about it since the queues are pretty stupid right now also in ranked. But it should be in a balanced way, you need 4 votes to cancel the game before it start. In ranked mod, it remove 5 LP to everyone who voted yes. It doubles every time you vote yes in the same 24hours. After 24 hours, it reset to 5 LP. For the one who refuse to vote, they don't lose LP at all, what a lucky day! 
And also, the champion selection need a report button, there is a lot of players who are toxic right in the champion selection. Been positive in the champion selection or writing nothing is a good start for the Sport-Man-Like way. But if you start writing bullshit in the chat right in the champion selection, it is also a good way to be Un-Sport-Man-Like and get reported right in the beginning. This report will only affect the champion Selection, if you are too Un-Sport-Man-Like in your champion selections, you will get a chat restriction and you won't be able to write a single thing in your next 15 champions selections games. If the player keep bothering other players, he will get banned from the game mod for a certain number of days. But that's, happen only in extreme reasons like all the other punishments that the system give to us.
There is also another thing I would like to get in the champion selection. Its about trading champions with the other team. Good strategy eh? If the ennemie side pick Fizz mid, and you pick Yasuo, you can always try to convince the Fizz player to switch with you. If he accept the deal, then its another lucky day for you :D.
Another thing I would like to get in the champion selection is, modifying your Runes. Right now, you can only change your Masteries Pages in the champion Select. So, been able to change your Runes pages in the champion Selection could be nice and pretty useful.
Another thing that could be one of the greatest idea of all times... Not really lol xD.
The thing is, I want to be able to see my ennemies name and see their statues in the champion selection instead of just going through the internet and going into OP.gg.
Another thing, it would be fun, that when you pick a champion who is in Mastery 5 or 6 or 7, it shows a little flag in the corner of your icon champion. Just to show how good you are with that champion.
