we could try to swap top and bot tower durability, by doing that, we would be forcing teams to make a choice, "do we want to go 5 top and take first tower however by doing that we lose dragon" or "we want dragon however by doing that we lose first tower" instead of the 5 man party on the bot lane with your team securing both first tower and dragon.

if this were to be done, then rift herald would need a rework.

otherwise the duo lane would just swap top, and a 4 man gank with a double kill would result in turret first blood, rift herald and a push down to the inhib turret.
