so I created a new account and i am not winning mastery point while playing blind pick and i think almost 99% sure that in this mode we are supposed to be able to increase our mastery points,

it doesn't increase your mastery points.

Thats happening w/ me... Im doing only akali till lvl 30 and i have 0 mp still :/
