Jungle Bots in Co-op vs AI games

I have been running into a lot of bot accounts in my games lately. And just dodged out of a game with 3 of them and its really getting bad. What is the best way to report these account?

the bots show up with Exhaust and Smite and have taken Cho'gath, Gnar, Sion, Garen. They have said nothing and just jungle or wander into lane and get executed by turrets

So whats your point? Its known that there are leveling bots which sell their accounts. And those bots mostly get caught and get banned. They cant be prevented tho.
