Kindred and newer champs sale?

So I have been waiting for Kindred and a few other champs to come on sale to pick them up but haven't seen them at all. I found a site (linked) that lists the champions and how long it has been since their last sale. All champions from Kindred and newer have never been on sale.

Kindred 420+ days Illaoi 380+ days Jhin 310+ days etc

Is there a set amount of time a champion is out before it goes on sale?

No, it's random I think 420 days is a long time though, you probably won't have to wait much longer. Plus, Riot usually posts their sales schedule for each month.
