enchanter and lategame adc botlane is stupid. lets adcs scale too fast. either remove it or rework it because 
have little counterplay when they build 
and let their team outdamage you. it's really cancerous and the riot balance team is drunk.

GrievousFetus1 votesNo I agree, unless you totally overhaul it so it doesn't bear any resemblance to current Censer, Censer's entire purpose is to accelerate the ADC's growth and make them spike early. The entire problem with this meta is ADCs that are hyper carries are getting free tickets through the midgame when they're traditionally weak.
Censer in its current incarnation is either strong enough you skip your hyper Carry's abysmal mid game and get a free ticket to late to dominate, or it's too weak and doesn't give you that free pass in which case there's never a reason to pick it.
