tanky bruiser lmao. they still dont know what theyre doing with him but it seems like hes not a meme champ now. just wish they never changed him in the first place

I'm a Aatrox OTP with 72% wr . Here's how i see him :

He changed from a Skirmisher/Diver to Juggernaut-ish/diver champ . You still can build him offensively , for example item 3153 item 3142 item 3071 combo makes him impossible to trade . He now benefits from the lethality since he deals 95% physical damage . With this build he fills the role of a spellcaster but has a bit more problems with initiating since you're not as tanky as you would wish for .

A tanky build is item 3153 item 3748 item 3071 and fills the role of heavy initiator and frontline .

If you're looking for a offensive build and still looking for some tankiness/quasi-tankiness , there is one build for that item 3812 item 3046 item 3071 : This build is pretty offensive , and still makes you deceptively tanky and hard to duel .

Other items that you can consider are : item 3078 item 3053 item 3124 and item 3814 . Dont bother buying item 3026 as it will actually fuck you up : Your passive revive will never proc if you get this item since the GA revive takes priority over your passive and during the GA revive , you passive stacks will fall of meaning that you will die just after the revive , and tbh , there is no need to buy it anymore since Aatrox revive is on a really small CD .

As for runes , i personally run 20 % AS , +216HP@lvl18 , Armor and MR , since i dont think that you need AD in runes for him , he values AS more than AD .
