How can you counter the new aatrox?

On the lane? Attack him whenever you can and dont let him get his passive and leech on creeps. Was his counter before the rework and is his counter even more after his rework. Just reck this shitty piece of crap.
By playing a champion that isn't aatrox?
Bait out his passive proc and go in when it's down.
Early game, if you've only 1 mobility/no mobility, just try not to fight him when he can easily pop his passive or back off right as he pops it.
Great thanks I've seen a lot of aatrox lately in top lane I get executioners but....

Just see Aatrox counters and pick one of them, no matter how you play if enemy team pick counters to all your picks the game is lost.
