Champions that are good at hardcarruing in low elo

Title says it all. I'm maining yi jungle and noticed how I synergies well with his playstyle, adc Lucian vayne and cait, top Fiora and trynd, mid vlad, orianna, veigar, yasuo,

Now the reason why I am asking this question is because most of the time some one on my my team manages to feed the enemy Laner or worst case scenario my entire team is not....... I have bad games aswell but still what can I do to stop my team from feeding and carry the game or perhaps have one of my teammates fed?
