Jhin nerf
Why was the reason for riot nerfing jhin at this point in time? Will he still be a strong adc?

He's both strong in pro play and strong in normal play. He's been floating in the top 3 strongest ADCs for awhile now
Because he and Ashe were the strongest 2 ADCs (Sivir being a close third)? Yes, he'll still be fine.
I would love to see the numbers on this "nerf" because trading a very small bit of flat damage for 25% more damage on his 4th shot seems more like a buff. Jhin's kit was broken because of his massive damage AND his massive amount of cc. His nerf SHOULD have included reductions to all of his cc efficacy. Watching TSM vs CLG and the jhin hit raka for almost 1200 damage in 1 shot of his ult. That should be a clear indication that the ability should not have any cc at all. Not to mention his massive range which makes him absurdly safe. Absolute shit champion design.
His w damage is very noticeable his ulti feels the same to me.
