I remember when people were asking about being candidates for Champion Updates about 2 weeks ago (I asked about Nocturne in that Post), there was a Champion that I just thought of that could use an update at somepoint. Olaf, The Berserker Olaf

How do you guys feel about this guy? Would he be someone who could use a Minor VGU like the one Ezreal Ezreal is recieving?

I thought Olaf was on the full VGU list.

Reav3 says that the Tier-1 list changes frequently & I don't think Olaf Olaf was mentioned at all. I think he's considered Tier-2 at the moment.
