Yep Riot, Nocturne most deff needs a buff

First off want to thank you for the ult cool down reduction, he needed that since long ago.

Was testing nocturne with different runes and builds and came to a conclusion that he needs a buff for his early Survivable. I realized that depending on how good the leash he receives will depend on how long he can last in the jungle early. Maybe give his passive a buff? or give him something similar like with Shyvana where he does more damage towards monsters?

Furthermore, when nocturne is in a team fight, his W blocking one thing isn't enough there's more utility going on around the fight that if he gets locked down double times he will surely die unless you build him a full tank which that isn't what he was made for.
