Back in my day, Titanic was a terrible item and there was no reason to buy it over Ravenous.
Funny how that changed.
Are there any good uses for Ravenous outside of Fiora or top lane Trundle? I think the item could use a little love.

Ravenous scales with AD and Titanic with Health.
Champions that go black cleaver will have more damage going titanic next, however in late for max damage titanic only makes sense on bruiser who actually build resistence instead of more damage.
goes Titanic beacuse Randuins, Spirit Visage and Deadmans (some examples) fit him really well while offering a lot of Health to buff TItanic
Ravenous is better on all these champs over Titanic. (And a few more I've left out, such as Talon, because they utilize other lifesteal items such as Death's Dance better than Ravenous, even though Ravenous is still better than Titanic on them)
The way i see it
Buy an early tiamat then buy 1 or 2 more items.(+ at least basic boots)
If you're snowballing build the tiamat into ravenous. If you're not snowballing build it into titanic.
/shrug. just my thoughts anyway.
Pretty sure all of these can use it to some extent:
Titanic is good on champions who benefit from AA resets, like Jax, Darius.
