Ranked is SUCH a joke

This is the most pathetic system of ranking I have ever seen and I love how Riot refuses to change it, or even address people as to why they don't change it. I am so tired of either getting on a team that is far more dominate then the other team, or having a team that might be in their promos. It NEVER is balanced.

I had 0 LP in B5. Won 9 matches in a row. After 6 matches I won my series and got into B4. I won a match, gained 15 LP. Won another, gained another 15 LP. Won 9 straight (3 in B4) and only got 10 LP for the win. Next game got a troll team, lost 30 LP. Next game after that, a team that wasn't horrible, but we lost to a better team. Now I am down to 0 LP. I was frustrated so I played a couple normals, and got into a ranked. As we are waiting for the minions to spawn, our Cait who I am supporting says, "First game Cait!" And our Pantheon was one of 3 people of the 5 on our team that spoke Spanish so we couldn't talk to them. We throw the game hard, and that ONE SINGULAR LOSS at 0LP, takes me to B5. Are you joking?

What a waste of my time. Just remove the ranked solo to be honest. It is such a problem that gets ZERO attention.
