Needs more Riot support- PLEASE READ

If you are read this, do me a favor. On the left of your screen, right click on the Help & Support board. Go to recent. Then scroll through the recent threads and tell me how many of them have Riot comments. Where is the Riot presence in their own Forums. I used to LIVE on Bungie forums, the company who made games like Halo and Destiny. I was on there every single day and on the majority of the threads posted, if Bungie was addressed or if a problem was being had, there was a Bungie employee who had commented.

Why are the boards so empty with Riot presence? I have had issues in the past so I would post on Help & Support. I never once got a Riot reply. Why is their a help and support board if NO RIOT MEMBERS ARE PRESENT. There will be no help nor support to be had.
