Inc Zed nerfs

As expected zed is probably gonna get nerfed. But what was odd was riots reasoning and target area of nerf. They say he has amazing ad stats thanks to his w. First of all that thing is maxed last usually so the full benefit isnt reached untill late game. At that point almost all ad casters/assassins have ridiculous AD if they farmed/are fed such as rivens and talons who end up having 300-500 ad. I personally think talon is even better than zed at taking towers due to his low cd auto reset q. Talon can burst even faster than zed and ALSO has wave clear with his w and usual hydra pickup. Same can be said bout riven who can delete MULTIPLE people late game and also has great waveclear. Second thing that irked me was the statement/question : "Should he have amazing clean-up when his resources are depleted? " Im guessing they're referring to his passive to chunk ppl that are low health. However if his resources are low, aka no energy or his summoners/ult/spells are down how in the world would he utilize that melee range passive? Of all the assassins Katharina is the one that comes to mind when you talk about clean up. Meanwhile fizz gets a little bug fix making his life a tad bit easier when he imo he is the most snowbally assassin with the most straightforward assassin kit there is next to talon. I feel like riot is probably gonna reduce the AD percentage on his w, make his passive be only usable on one target for a set time and perhaps even increase his ult cd. Still as long as zed maintains his core mechanics im never gon stop playing him.
