@Riot, So there will be no Rune Page Sale for Blue Essence?

Hello to anyone reading this. I made a previous discussion about this matter (Refer to here - https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/tprwGKyX-is-there-not-going-to-be-a-rune-page-sale-for-blue-essence ).

I know this doesn't matter to most people. But I would really like to know as to why there isn't going to be a Rune Page Sale for Blue Essence. If those who are reading this are wondering why I'm so perplexed, in the past, Riot would do a Rune Page Sale as a 2 for 1 deal (6300 Influence Points for 2 Rune Pages).

But all of a sudden, they are not going to do a Rune Page Sale for the Free to Play currency when Essence Emporium comes out soon. They are only going to do a Rune Page Sale for RP (Riot Points) by halving the RP cost for Rune Pages. I highly doubt anyone buys Rune Pages with RP. Which makes me even more perplexed.

I would at least like to receive an answer about this.
