So I played Veigar today...
...and it was unbearable, for 1 reason, your w is useless. Before 
W was reliable with its delay because you could actually stun someone. Now with the change to his e and the nerf to his ult even the tons of ap that can be gotten now with his q you don't do enough damage to anyone with even 1-2 defensive items, sure you can still 1 shot the apc if they arent off tank, but thats all you really do.
